1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using InfiniteArc ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InfiniteArc is a productivity tool that provides:

• Pomodoro-style focus timer with customizable durations
• Website blocking functionality during focus sessions
• Browser extension for Chrome and compatible browsers
• Session tracking and analytics
• Optional calendar and workspace integrations
• Gamification features (ranks, achievements, streaks)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3.2 Account Types

InfiniteArc offers both free and premium (VIP) accounts. Premium features may require payment and will be clearly indicated.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by InfiniteArc and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (session notes, custom settings, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the Service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• 100% uptime or availability
• That the Service will meet all your requirements
• That defects will be corrected immediately

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Slack, etc.). These integrations are optional and subject to the third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfiniteArc and its operator shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Premium Features and Payments

Premium features may require payment. All fees are:

• Stated in USD or EUR
• Billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• Non-refundable except as required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

11. Account Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or exploit the Service
• Fail to pay for premium services

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InfiniteArc regarding the Service.
